The Hotel History
Discover the touching story of a family hotel in Orléans.
Dominique Foucault and his sister Virginie are the 4th generation in their family to run this vibrant hotel – a real institution in Orléans for over 100 years. The Hotel de l’Abeille opened in 1903; it was bought by their great-grandparents in 1919.
The wonderful family heritage has been expanded and transformed while retaining its unique character.
The number of rooms was reduced from 32 to 25 to make room to install quality bathrooms.
